State Government seeks input from 100 million citizens to boost state economy by 250%

The State Government of Rajasthan plans to increase the state’s economy by 2.5 times by 2030. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced that they will seek suggestions from one crore residents of the state for this initiative, called ‘Mission 2030’. The suggestions will be gathered from a diverse group of people, including economists, authors, journalists, students, government employees, advocates, farmers, laborers, women, youth, intellectuals, and sportspersons. The state government will incorporate these suggestions into a vision document for Mission 2030.

Chief Minister Gehlot shared this plan during a state-level function held at the Sawai Man Singh stadium in Jaipur. He mentioned that the state’s economy was around Rs 9.11 lakh crore in 2018-19 and has now reached approximately Rs 14.14 lakh crore. The goal is to increase it to about Rs 35.71 lakh crore by 2030. Gehlot urged every Rajasthani to contribute to the progress of the state and play a significant role in making Rajasthan the leading state in the country.
