State to experience severe heat for the next 3 days, IMD forecasts

Heat wave conditions are expected in Telangana until June 21, according to the Central Meteorological Department. An orange alert has been issued for several districts due to the scorching heat across the state. The intense temperatures are expected to last for three consecutive days from March 27 to 29.

The orange alert has been issued for various districts where extreme heat intensity is predicted, with temperatures possibly reaching up to 45 degrees. Districts such as Adilabad, Nirmal, Karimnagar, Mancherial, Asifabad, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna-Siricilla, and Peddapalli are included in the alert. High temperatures and hot winds are expected to continue on March 28, affecting areas like Bhupalapalli, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, Khammam, Mulugu, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Mahabubnagar, Suryapet, Narayanapet, Nalgonda, and Mahabubnagar.
