TCS and Yashoda Hospital organize Run4Health event for World Health Day

Hyderabad: On a sunny Sunday morning, the Hitech City campus of Yashoda Hospital was filled with excitement and energy. More than 8,500 employees from TCS gathered to take part in the TCS – Yashoda Run4Health, a 5-kilometer walk organized to celebrate World Health Day.

The event took place on April 13 and was officially started by Dr. Abhinav G from Yashoda Hospital and V Rajanna, President of TCS. Rajanna not only flagged off the event but also joined his colleagues in completing the 5K walk.

Before the walk began, a senior physiotherapist from Yashoda Hospital led the participants in a fun and energizing warm-up session. This helped set a positive and lively tone for the rest of the morning.

The walk highlighted the growing importance of employee health and fitness. It also showed how companies and healthcare providers can work together to promote healthier lifestyles and raise awareness about public health.
