Savitribai Phule was a trailblazing social reformer and holds the distinction of being the first female teacher in modern India. She is widely recognized for her immense contributions to women’s education and social justice.

Savitribai, the wife of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule, devoted her life to uplifting marginalized communities, especially women. She believed that education was the key to empowering oppressed groups and worked tirelessly to make it accessible to them.
