Telangana Shifts Focus to Pollution-Free Industrial Parks

The Telangana government has decided to change its earlier plan of setting up pharmaceutical companies in Lagacharla, Hakimpet, and Polepalli. Instead, it will now focus on establishing “Industrial Parks” that prioritize industries with minimal environmental impact.

As part of this revised approach, the government will promote textile companies. This aligns with its vision of sustainable development, aiming to create industrial zones that are free from pollution. The shift is also expected to generate significant employment opportunities for local youth.
