Wanaparthy: On Wednesday, free textbooks were handed out to second-year Intermediate students at the government junior college in Pebbair. This included students from MPC, BiPC, and CEC streams in both English and Telugu mediums. Obul Reddy, the in-charge principal, along with the faculty, led the distribution.
He stressed the importance of regular attendance and punctuality. Students should be present for the morning assembly and should not skip classes. All subjects are covered in classes, and students are encouraged to pay attention and finish their homework promptly. This approach aims to reduce stress and promote a joyful learning experience. He advised students to study their textbooks seriously at home, maintain discipline, and fully utilize the educational resources available.
Reddy confirmed the availability of facilities like toilets, clean drinking water, and well-equipped science labs. Experienced teachers are on hand to guide students in all subjects, and he encouraged them to seek help from the faculty when needed.
Senior lecturers Hanumanth Reddy and C. Krishnaiah mentioned that students would also receive general knowledge notes to aid in preparing for future competitive exams. Special classes are being held for JEE Mains, NEET, and EAMCET, with relevant notes provided. Students who received the textbooks expressed happiness and excitement.
