Hyderabad: The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG-RERA) has warned people not to engage with the real estate project known as ‘Shrivari’s Brundavanam’. This project is reportedly managed by M/s Shrivari Constructions in Bandlaguda Jagir Municipality, with P Uma Devi as the proprietor. It is located at Padmashri Hills, within the Ranga Reddy District.
TG-RERA received several complaints about M/s Shrivari Constructions and their project, ‘Shrivari’s Brundavanam’, which has the registration number P02400006566. The project consists of 80 flats, developed in partnership with landowners, sharing equally. The agreement states the flats would be ready between February 2023 and May 2024. However, despite significant payments from buyers, the construction is not complete, and possession was not provided on time.
Due to these issues and to protect the buyers, the Authority issued temporary orders on June 23, 2025. Under Section 7(3) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the project is currently halted. The developers cannot market, sell, or make agreements for any units until further notice.
Moreover, the Authority instructed the Sub-Registrar in Gandipet, Ranga Reddy District, to stop any registration of sales for this project. The public is advised not to engage in any transactions related to ‘Shrivari’s Brundavanam’ until further updates.
