Former Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray criticized Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and questioned whether he would prioritize the good of the country or support the BJP. Thackeray demanded a clarification on this matter during a rally held in Hingoli, Maharashtra on Sunday.

Thackeray referred to ‘I.N.D.I.A’, an alliance of nationalist parties that aims to protect the country and democracy. He compared the NDA to an amoeba without a specific form and urged KCR to decide whether he stands with ‘I.N.D.I.A’ or the NDA.

Thackeray emphasized that joining ‘I.N.D.I.A’ would mean siding with the country, while openly announcing support for the BJP would align with their party. He also expressed the importance of not splitting votes and suggested that KCR first focus on improving the situation in Telangana before contesting in Maharashtra.
