Hyderabad: The Telangana Junior Doctors Association (TJUDA) has expressed deep sorrow over a tragic plane crash on June 12 involving an Air India flight. This accident claimed the lives of several individuals, including dedicated medical students and faculty from BJ Medical College (BJMC).
Dr. J Isac Newton, president of TJUDA, stated that the incident has deeply affected the nation and the medical community. The loss of young, committed individuals serving humanity, along with innocent passengers, is an immense tragedy. Junior doctors share in the grief for their colleagues whose lives were abruptly ended. They also mourn the loss of all passengers, whose dreams and futures were tragically cut short.
To honor those who died, TJUDA plans to hold candlelight vigils and silent prayer gatherings at major medical institutions in Telangana. The association invites doctors, students, and citizens to join in paying tribute to the departed souls.
