The Telangana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (TSCPCR) has taken action regarding a recent incident involving a minor girl who was sexually abused. The incident took place in Katnapally Village, located in Sultanabad Mandal of Peddapally District, Telangana.
On Wednesday, the TSCPCR instructed the Collector and District Magistrate of Peddapally District to ensure that the concerned authorities investigate the matter urgently. The Commission emphasized the need for immediate and appropriate action in response to the case.
The incident was reported on June 15, and the Commission is treating it with utmost seriousness. The TSCPCR has also requested that an Action Taken Report (ATR) be sent to them as soon as possible, according to a senior officer.
