A tragic event occurred in Patharlapadu village within the Madhira constituency of Khammam district. Comrade Samineni Rama Rao, a prominent CPM leader and former state president of the CPM Farmers’ Association, was murdered.
Unidentified attackers fatally stabbed him early Friday morning. Police arrived at the scene promptly and have begun a thorough investigation.
