Yadagirigutta is set for exciting changes as Temple Executive Officer Venkatarao shared plans to improve the temple experience. During a press conference on Yadagirigutta Hill on Saturday, he outlined various initiatives.

A new spiritual magazine, ‘Yadagiri Masa Patrika,’ will soon be published by the Yadadri Temple Development Authority (YTDA). Listening to devotee feedback, the temple plans to introduce a special darshan ticket system similar to Tirumala’s Srivani Trust.

For Rs 5,000, devotees can purchase a “Garuda” ticket, which grants access to the inner sanctum from morning until evening. This ticket also includes offerings such as silk cloth, five laddus, and one kilo of tamarind rice. The temple will discuss this proposal with the state government.

A 4 MW solar battery energy system costing Rs 20 crore will be installed to cut down the temple’s Rs 3–4 crore electricity bill. This green initiative aims to launch this year, pending government approval. Additionally, a Yadagiri TV Channel is in the works.

To beautify the area, 60-foot statues will be placed in traffic circles, with the project costing Rs 3.6 crore. Donors are welcome to contribute, but the temple is prepared to fund it if necessary. All these developments will follow government guidelines.
