Minister V Srinivas Goud visited Gol Bangla in Mahbubnagar on Saturday. Recently, a leopard was spotted in the reserve forest area of Appanapally village near KCR Eco Urban Park. This caused fear among visitors to the park. However, Minister Goud reassured tourists that the Forest department has taken necessary measures to limit the movement of wild animals to the deep forest area. He said that visitors to the KCR Eco Park need not worry about encountering dangerous wild animals.

The Excise Minister stated that the spotting of wild animals in the region is a good sign. It shows that the state government’s efforts to improve the forest cover in the area are working. The government has planted lakhs of plant saplings and helped develop the forests. The forest officials are taking measures to conserve the wild animals and the forest region. Soon, Forest Safari and various other tourist attraction activities will begin in the area. This will help increase the flow of tourists to the district.
