Pebbair, a town in Wanaparthy district, has launched special summer water stalls to help people stay hydrated during the scorching heat.
These stalls were set up with the efforts of the Pebbair Municipal Commissioner and the support of both the Pebbair Market Protection Committee and the Sri Venugopala Swamy Land Protection Committee.
The main goal is to provide clean drinking water to visitors who travel from villages to Pebbair for shopping, business, or personal errands during the hot months.
To make water easily accessible, the organizers chose three busy spots in town to install the stalls:
– Pebbair Bus Stand
– Subhash Chowrasta
– Kollapur Khamaan Chowrasta
The stalls were officially opened in a small ceremony attended by several local leaders. Among them were Municipal Commissioner Ashok Reddy, Market Yard Vice Chairman Eddula Vijayavardhan Reddy, members of the temple committee, market committee, local contractors, and representatives from various political parties.
These water stalls aim to offer quick relief to residents and visitors alike, showing how community collaboration can make a big difference during extreme summer conditions.
