He mentioned that the necessary works are being carried out and the roads will be reopened to the public as soon as possible.
In a tweet, Arvind Kumar stated that Exit 2 and 7 of the Outer Ring Road are closed due to waterlogging and advised people to avoid these areas. He assured that efforts will be made to open them as soon as possible.
