Eric Trump, the Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, announced a partnership between World Liberty Finance (WLFI) and the Official Trump ($TRUMP) memecoin. The aim is to ensure mutual success in the long run.
Due to this partnership, the TRUMP memecoin project will pause the development of the planned meme wallet with Magic Eden (ME). World Liberty Finance, in return, will acquire a substantial amount of TRUMP tokens for its treasury management.
The collaboration will negatively impact Magic Eden (ME) in the mid-term, as the price has dropped to about $0.8435 after gaining traction from the earlier announcement about the Trump meme wallet.
On the other hand, TRUMP, a mid-cap memecoin with a market cap of around $2 billion and a daily trading volume of about $796 million, has seen a surge in positive market sentiment.
World Liberty Finance’s long-term support will be crucial in providing liquidity for the TRUMP memecoin project. Currently, the TRUMP meme price is approximately $10, showing a 5% increase in the last 24 hours.
