The national capital New Delhi ranked 53rd on the global list. The city’s culinary fame rests on signature dishes including butter chicken and chole bhature, which have become synonymous with North Indian cuisine worldwide.

Hyderabad secured the 54th position, just one spot behind Delhi. The city of Nizams is celebrated for its world-famous biryani and distinctive Nizam cuisine that blends Mughlai and local Telangana flavours.

Kolkata earned the 73rd rank globally. The cultural capital of India is recognized for its beloved kathi rolls and an extensive variety of traditional Bengali sweets that have captivated food enthusiasts for generations.
