Hyderabad: Telugu film star turned Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister, Pawan Kalyan, recently made a strong speech about the alleged adulteration of Tirumala Laddu Prasadam. His comments are gaining attention not just in Andhra Pradesh, but also in Telangana and other South Indian states. Pawan Kalyan announced that he would undergo an eleven-day ‘Prayaschitta Diksha’ to seek forgiveness from the Lord of Tirumala, which is being seen as a rare move for a top political leader. This act of devotion has led to widespread praise, with many acknowledging his public display of faith and commitment to Sanatana Dharma.

One of the key figures showing support for Pawan Kalyan is Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Bandi Sanjay Kumar. On Tuesday, Bandi Sanjay took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to express his approval. He tweeted, “Powerful words from Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Shri @PawanKalyangaru, and I completely stand by him.”

The Union Minister quoted Pawan Kalyan, who reportedly said that if anyone tries to undermine Sanatana Dharma, Hindus will speak up for themselves. Bandi Sanjay, known for his strong stance on Hindutva, praised the Deputy Chief Minister for challenging the idea that secularism only applies one way. Pawan Kalyan made it clear that the followers of Sanatana Dharma will not remain silent while others receive preferential treatment, saying, “We won’t be silent punching bags.”

In his post, Sanjay Kumar also referenced the Bhagavad Gita, where Lord Krishna promises to appear in every age to uphold Dharma and defeat evil. This further solidified his support for Pawan Kalyan’s stance, adding a spiritual dimension to the political conversation.
