AP secures all-India first rank in NEET-UG-2023; TS gets 15th rank.

Bora Varun Chakravarthi from Andhra Pradesh got the first rank in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (UG)-2023. Kanchani Geyanth Raghu Ram Reddy from Telangana came in 15th place. Both were also the toppers of their respective states. In total, there were 50 people who received a rank in the top 50, and they were all state toppers from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The exam was held in 13 different languages, and the results are the eligibility criteria for admission to under-graduate medical education in all medical institutions. This includes BAMS, BUMS, BSMS of the Indian System of Medicine, and BHMS course under the National Commission for Homeopathy.

Chakravarthi scored 720 marks, while Raghuram got 715 marks. In the top 50, there were also Yellampalli Lakshmi Pravardhan Reddy (25th), Vangipuram Harshil Sai (38th), Kani Yasasri (40th), and Kavalakuntla Pranathi Reddy (45th) from Andhra Pradesh. Jagruthi Bodeddula, Gandhamaneni Giri Varshitha, Lakshmi Rasmitha Gandikota, and Gilada Prachi from Telangana were also among the top 20 female toppers.

Chakravarthi and Raghu Ram Reddy were also among the top 20 male candidates. The results were announced on Tuesday.
