Hyderabad welcomed the 14th Telangana Education Fair 2025 at Vishweshwaraya Bhavan in Khairatabad. Organized by Apex Educational Services with partners hmtv, The Hans India, and Impact International, this event began on Saturday. On its first day, about 3,000 students attended the fair.
The event’s chief guest, Professor B Balakista Reddy, Chairman of the Telangana Council of Higher Education, encouraged students to make the most of the fair. He praised hmtv for promoting the event, which helps raise student awareness. Professor Reddy advised students to research courses carefully, considering their aspirations, future job opportunities, and whether the skills taught meet global demands.
Professor Reddy emphasized that fairs like this offer students guidance, especially since India’s youth face global competition. He remarked that while many institutions offer technological education, students should choose courses thoughtfully, keeping future technological trends in mind.
Gampa Nageshwer Rao, a motivational speaker and founder of Impact International, expressed excitement about the fair. He compared the variety of educational institutions to choices in a supermarket. He advised students not to be swayed by impressive buildings and suggested consulting seniors about their experiences. Rao highlighted the importance of soft skills, confidence-building, and good faculty in choosing a college.
Dinesh Kumar, CEO of Apex Educational Services, shared his enthusiasm for the fair. He stated that the fair aims to guide students in selecting web options, choosing engineering colleges, and exploring employment opportunities in emerging fields. The fair offers personalized advice on college placements based on ranks and insights into future-focused courses post-intermediate. Kumar expressed his excitement about hosting the fair, aiming to empower students with essential knowledge and resources for their academic and career goals.
