Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy sent warm wishes to women on the occasion of the Rakhi festival today. He expressed hope that the festival, which symbolizes the strong bond between brothers and sisters, will be celebrated with great joy.
The Chief Minister also mentioned that the government has been introducing several innovative schemes to empower women. These schemes aim to uplift women and even help them become millionaires.
He highlighted some of the initiatives already in place, such as free bus travel, cooking gas cylinders at Rs 500, and free power supply up to 200 units as part of the Six Guarantees program. The CM also assured that the government will continue to support women Self Help Groups.
