Nagarkurnool is abuzz with discontent as Mallu Ravi has been chosen as the Congress MP candidate, leaving many hopeful leaders disappointed. Former Alampur MLA Sampath Kumar, Congress SC Cell District President Mallepally Jagan, and others had also vied for the ticket but were unsuccessful.
The Congress party leaders are now working to pacify the dissatisfied leaders. Despite the efforts put in by Kumar, Jagan, and others, the party leadership ultimately favored Mallu Ravi for the MP seat.
