Mahabubnagar: Dharur Ravi, the social media coordinator for the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC), has strongly criticized remarks made by some Delhi BJP leaders. These remarks, including those from former MLA Tanveer Singh, were directed against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

Ravi expressed his disapproval of the BJP government for not taking action against Tanveer Singh. Singh had publicly threatened Rahul Gandhi and made insulting comments about former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Ravi also condemned Maharashtra Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad, who offered a reward of Rs 11 lakh to anyone who brings him Rahul Gandhi’s tongue. He called these statements “dangerous” and “unacceptable in a democracy.”

In response to these statements, Ravi announced that the Congress party would organize protests across Telangana. He said that effigies of BJP leaders would be burned at every mandal center as a way of demanding that the BJP government take action against its members.

Ravi warned that if such rhetoric continued, Congress workers would respond with more protests and direct action. He also predicted that both the BJP and Shiv Sena would face strong opposition in the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections, as people would hold them responsible for their leaders’ offensive remarks.
