Mahabubnagar district is getting ready for the Intermediate Advanced Supplementary Exams, which will take place from May 22 to May 27. The local administration is working hard to make sure the exams run smoothly and fairly for all students.
At a planning meeting held at the Collectorate conference hall on Monday, Additional District Collector Shivendra Pratap told officials to stay alert and organized. He called on all departments to work together so the entire exam process happens without issues.
Students will write the exams in two sessions daily. The first-year exams will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the second-year exams will be held from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
About 9,069 students across the district will take part in these exams. This includes 5,787 first-year students and 3,282 second-year students from both General and Vocational streams.
To support this, authorities have set up 19 exam centers. These include 10 Government Junior Colleges, one Telangana Social Welfare Junior College, and eight Private Unaided Junior Colleges.
ADC Shivendra Pratap emphasized that the exams must be conducted in a peaceful and disciplined manner. He urged officials to stay committed and avoid any kind of negligence. He also made it clear that mobile phones are strictly banned inside exam centers.
