    Education Day | Minister Jagadish Reddy said that education is the key to overcome the inequalities that exist in society. He emphasized that while complete literacy has been achieved, there is still a strong belief in Chief Minister KCR that the remaining gaps can be eliminated. The Minister made these remarks while attending the educational festival held in Suryapet district center. On this occasion, he expressed his commitment to bring about a complete transformation in the education sector under the leadership of Chief Minister KCR in Telangana. He stated that the victories achieved by the Gurukul schools in overcoming the challenges in education and the increasing demand for government schools on a daily basis are a testament to the determination of Chief Minister KCR.

    The state government is allocating crores of rupees for basic facilities. The state has capable teachers. They are working towards improving the conditions of government schools by eliminating dropouts and encouraging parents to enroll their children. It is evident that the government recognizes the expertise of teachers who create wonders in the field of education. Since 2014, confidence in private schools has decreased from 52% to almost zero, and there is an increase in public trust in government schools. Those who desire progress are presenting themselves as the leaders. They are saying what needs to be done, and are doing what they say, which pleases the state government. The state government is successfully conducting decade-long celebrations with the active participation and ownership of the people.

    In conclusion, it can be said that education is not just a means of acquiring knowledge but also a tool for social change.
