First phase of B.Ed. seat allotment announced; 9,955 get convener quota seats

Hyderabad: Prof. I. Panduranga Reddy, head of TG CETs (other) Admissions-2025, announced the release of the first phase of seat allotment for B.Ed. admissions. This marks an important start for many future teachers in the state.

There were 14,295 seats available under the convener quota for B.Ed. courses, which included spots for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). In the first phase, 9,955 seats were filled.

A total of 17,151 candidates participated in the online seat selection, showing strong interest in B.Ed. courses this year. Among them, 9,955 students secured seats in different colleges.

Prof. Reddy stated that students who received seats need to pay their tuition fees online using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or NEFT. After payment, they must download their Tuition Fee Receipt and Joining Report. They should then visit their respective colleges for document verification from August 11 to August 14, 2025.

Document verification is necessary for all students. Only after this step will students get their final allotment order, ensuring they meet all admission criteria.

The convener praised the transparent and efficient online process. He encouraged students to finish their joining procedures within the set dates to start the academic year without delay.
