The Justice Chandra Ghose Commission on Kaleshwaram is planning to question State irrigation officials about the damaged Medigadda, Annaram, and Sundilla barrages. These officials have not provided enough information despite meetings and affidavits.

The Commission is concerned that important details are missing from the affidavits, which are crucial for investigating alleged irregularities in the construction of the Kaleshwaram project. Notices are being sent to officials who failed to mention key information discussed in recent meetings with Justice Ghose.

Justice Ghose suspects that some irrigation officials withheld important information about the Medigadda barrage. Information on design, estimates, construction quality, operation, and maintenance of the barrages is necessary for a thorough investigation. Inconsistencies in the information provided by officials could hinder the investigation process.
