Reflecting on his padayatra experience from last year, where he witnessed farmers struggling with piles of soaked and germinating paddy due to the previous government’s failure in procurement, Bhatti emphasized that there is no need for farmers to worry under the current administration. He also mentioned that the State government has already started paying a bonus of Rs 500 per quintal for fine variety paddy.

In remembrance of late PM Rajiv Gandhi on his 33rd death anniversary, Bhatti highlighted Rajiv Gandhi’s efforts to boost India’s competitiveness internationally and his support for the technology sector. He praised Rajiv Gandhi’s vision for encouraging youth to engage in politics and lamented his untimely demise at the hands of evil forces.
