Hyderabad: A new luxury housing project called Bridge Epsilon Villas was launched on Friday in Tukkuguda, near Hyderabad. The project was unveiled by well-known film directors Sukumar and Vamsi Paidipally, who praised its beautiful design and promise of a high-end lifestyle.
The villas are located just five minutes from Outer Ring Road (ORR) exit 14 on Lemoor Road. Spread across 20 acres, the project offers spacious 4 and 5-bedroom East-facing villas. Each home is designed to reflect elegance, style, and exclusivity. The project features 1,39,000 square feet of top-class amenities, aiming to set a new standard for luxury living in the city.
Inspired by Greek architecture, the villas feature white exteriors with blue accents, classical columns, and grand facades, resembling the famous look of Santorini. The design blends ancient Greek art and mythology with modern comfort to create a unique living experience.
Ujwal Rao, director of Bridge Group, said that the goal was to bring the beauty and charm of Greece to Hyderabad. He added that the villas show a perfect mix of Greek-inspired design and modern engineering.
Another director, Vikram, highlighted the use of high-quality materials and advanced construction techniques. He said the homes are not only luxurious but also strong and eco-friendly. The project uses modern engineering to ensure durability and sustainability.
One special feature of Bridge Epsilon Villas is its podium parking system. This design keeps the inside of the community completely free of traffic, making it safer and more peaceful for families. The vehicle-free layout helps create a calm and secure environment for residents.
