Harish Rao, a former minister and Bharatiya Rashtra Samithi MLA, has again turned to the High Court. He seeks to halt the Kaleshwaram Commission report. Rao has filed a request to stop the report from being presented in the Assembly. The High Court registry is reviewing his petition.
Previously, both KCR and Harish Rao submitted petitions to dismiss the report. The High Court took up the issue, issued notices, and paused proceedings. The next hearing for these petitions will occur in October.
