Hyderabad has introduced a new helpline for the Hyderabad City Security Council (HCSC) members. This line is for reporting non-emergency safety issues and improving community policing.

During a meeting with local jewellers, Hyderabad City Police Commissioner C V Anand, who is also the HCSC Chairman, invited them to join efforts in making Hyderabad safer for living and business. The helpline offers a way for members to communicate directly about safety concerns and to work together on community policing.

The helpline number is 8712661555. C Shekar Reddy, Secretary General of HCSC, urged jewellers to engage in HCSC activities and consider themselves partners in the organization. Vikram Singh Mann, Additional Commissioner of Police, discussed HCSC’s active role in maintaining safety in the city. Prasanth Kumar and P Pushpa were also present, contributing to the event’s discussions.
