Hyderabad: The Health department announced on Wednesday that it will hire 235 doctors on a contract basis. These doctors will work at Osmania and Gandhi Hospitals and will include Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors.
At Osmania Hospital, the government plans to appoint a total of 175 doctors. This includes eight Professors, 23 Associate Professors, 111 Assistant Professors, and 33 senior resident doctors.
Similarly, Gandhi Hospital will get a total of 60 new doctors. This group will include three Professors, 29 Assistant Professors, 29 senior resident doctors, and four tutors.
Interviews for the positions at Gandhi Hospital will take place on August 9 at 10:30 am. They will be held in the administration building of Gandhi Medical College and overseen by the Director of Medical Education.
For Osmania Hospital, interviews will also be on August 9 at 10:30 am. These will be conducted at the Academic Block of Osmania Medical College, with the Commissioner of Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad present.
