Hyderabad: On Tuesday, July 8, authorities in Rajendranagar took decisive action against illegal structures on park land. The Nalanda Nagar Welfare Association raised the alarm about unauthorized use of the park area. In response, officials swiftly arrived in Nalanda Nagar to dismantle these unapproved constructions.
Before the demolition, some property owners argued that their buildings were on private land. They expressed anger over the lack of notification and protested by blocking the machinery. The situation intensified when several women confronted the officials.
Officials reported that around 1,000 square yards of park land in Hyderguda Village, specifically Survey No. 16, had been encroached. A wall built there was demolished with police assistance. Authorities affirmed their commitment to removing illegal encroachments, regardless of the individuals involved.
