Passengers on an Indigo flight at Shamshabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad faced severe inconvenience on Thursday. The flight, which was supposed to leave for Delhi at 11 a.m., had a technical issue. This problem left the passengers stuck on the plane for more than five hours.
Despite the long wait, Indigo’s management has not yet provided an alternative flight. This has frustrated passengers even more. Many travelers have complained about the lack of communication and solutions from the airline.
