According to officials from the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE), the exams were conducted smoothly without any major issues. However, four cases of malpractice were reported in Jagtial and Nizamabad. The exam was for the second language subject, and students were expected to report to their centers by 8:45 AM. Although this was the official deadline, authorities allowed a grace period of five minutes for students to enter the exam halls.

To help students locate their examination centers easily, a QR code with the center’s location was integrated into the hall tickets this time. Additionally, observers were sent to districts like Siddipet, Peddapalli, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Hyderabad, and Ranga Reddy. Reports from these observers confirmed that the exams were conducted peacefully.
