Hanumakonda: Heavy rains have been affecting the entire state. Hanumandla Jhansi Rajender Reddy, the TPCC Vice President and in-charge of the Palakurthi Constituency, toured Thorrur to check on the residents impacted by the weather.
On Saturday, from morning until evening, Jhansi Reddy and her team of Congress leaders and related groups visited the affected families. They offered comforting words and financial support. She reassured the families, saying, “I am here to support you during this challenging time,” providing them with much-needed encouragement.
In Thorrur, she met with several low-income families who recently lost loved ones due to illness. She honored the deceased by placing garlands on their photos and provided financial help to seven families through the Hanumandla Jhansi Rajender Reddy Trust.
She also visited Bijjala Vijayalakshmi, the mother of 10th Ward Councillor Bijjala Anil Madhavi, who is recuperating at home following heart surgery.
Jhansi Reddy urged Congress leaders, party workers, and social media advocates to remain vigilant and offer all necessary assistance to those in need.
