Hyderabad: On Friday, KT Rama Rao, the BRS working president, challenged Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to undergo a lie detector test instead of continuing with the notice drama.
KTR criticized Revanth Reddy for repeatedly sending ACB notices about the Formula-E race case. He accused the Chief Minister of trying to distract the public from his failures in running the government. According to KTR, the Congress government came to power with false promises and is now using distracting tactics to hide its shortcomings. He labeled the Chief Minister as a “joker” for changing his approach daily to draw attention away from governance issues. KTR asserted that these notices won’t stop BRS from representing the people of Telangana.
KTR also clarified that Rs 44 crore was transferred openly from the HMDA's account to the Formula-E organizers and remains with them. He accused the Chief Minister of failing to recover this money due to administrative weakness and using the ACB notices to create a political drama.
