Hyderabad: KT Rama Rao, the BRS Working President, declared on Monday that the party is prepared for a CBI inquiry as announced by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy in the Assembly.
He shared his thoughts on social media, addressing the investigation into Kaleshwaram project irregularities. Rama Rao stated, “We welcome any investigation against us. We will defend ourselves both legally and politically. Our trust lies in the judiciary and the people.”
Rama Rao criticized Rahul Gandhi’s role in the matter, calling the Chief Minister his “Currency Manager” in Telangana. He questioned the decision to involve the CBI, which Gandhi once labeled as the “Opposition Elimination Cell” of the BJP. Rao asked if Gandhi was aware of the Chief Minister’s actions, concluding with “Satyameva Jayate.”
