Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has named Prof Ehtesham Ahmad Khan as the new head of the Mass Communication and Journalism department on October 18.
Prof Khan excels in media, communication, cultural studies, broadcast journalism, and digital media. He has consistently updated the journalism syllabus for the Bachelor of Arts program.
With over 20 years of experience in teaching and the industry, he previously served as Dean. He introduced a Health Journalism course with UNICEF, which is now part of both undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
