    A new book titled “New Criminal Major Acts” was launched in Hyderabad by Gogia Law Agency and written by advocate AP Suresh. The book was released at a workshop on new criminal laws organized by Forum for Nationalist Thinkers, attended by senior advocate and MP Raghunandan Rao and A Narasimha Reddy, chairman of the Bar Council of Telangana.

    The new criminal laws, including Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Sakshiya Adhiniyam & Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, came into effect on July 1, 2024. The book provides a detailed analysis of these new laws, comparing them to the previous criminal statutes. It explains the changes introduced by the new acts and includes annotated clauses with brief explanatory comments on each provision.
