    Peddapalli MLA Chintakunta Vijaya Ramana Rao assured that there will be no corruption in the implementation of Abhaya Hastam Guarantee Schemes and government schemes will be given to deserving people in a transparent manner. The MLA participated in the Prjaja Palana programme held in Kalva Srirampur, Vennampally, and Pegadapalli villages.

    He mentioned that women were given the opportunity to travel for free in RTC buses and the limit of Rajiv Aarogyasri was increased from Rs 5 lakh to 10 lakh as soon as the new government was formed. Applications are being accepted for the remaining guarantee schemes under the Praja Palana programme, and people have until January 6 to register their applications at the gram panchayat office.

    MLA Ramana Rao stated that eligible women will receive a monthly assistance of Rs 2,500 and a gas cylinder for Rs 500. Women need to register their gas cylinder company name and gas number. Farmers, agricultural laborers, and those eligible for new pensions should also submit their applications for financial assistance under the Rythu Bharosa programme.

    He mentioned that Indiramma houses will be provided to all the poor who don’t have homes, with priority given to those in the most need. The government has also decided to provide up to 200 units of free electricity to eligible individuals under the Griha Jyoti scheme. While submitting the Parja Palana application, the meter number of the house must be included.

    The MLA advised authorities to set up special counters in villages for receiving new ration card applications and urged the panchayat secretary to ensure that every family in the village submits an application.
