President of India, Draupadi Murmu, is visiting Hyderabad today. She is attending the 21st graduation ceremony of NALSAR Law University, located in Shameerpet, Medchal District. Several important guests will also be present at the event, including State Governor Jishnudev Verma, NALSAR Chancellor, High Court Chief Justice Alok Aaradhe, and Supreme Court Judge Justice Narsimhulu.
Minister Seethakka will accompany President Murmu throughout her visit, ensuring everything goes smoothly from her arrival to her departure.
To manage the President’s visit, traffic restrictions have been announced in several parts of the city. According to Additional Commissioner of Police Vishwa Prasad, traffic diversions will be in place in areas like Begumpet, HPS, PND Junction, Rasoolpara, CTO Plaza, Tivoli, Karkhana, Tirumalagiri, Lothakunta, and Bollaram Rashtrapati Nilayam. These restrictions will begin at 9 AM today.
Officials are working together to ensure that the visit causes minimal disruption for city residents.
