The Rachakonda Police launched a significant operation against food adulteration on Thursday. They raided various locations, filing 46 cases and arresting 52 people involved in producing fake ginger garlic, ghee, and paneer.

The Rachakonda Special Operations Teams targeted food manufacturing units that were either adulterating products or operating without necessary FSSAI licenses. Under the guidance of Police Commissioner G Sudheer Babu, they seized large quantities of ginger garlic paste, ghee, paneer, and other items made without licenses and in unsanitary conditions. These products were distributed around the GHMC area. Additionally, an immunity-boosting powder and tablets unit was checked for violations.
