Hyderabad: A major scam has been uncovered in the Old City area of Hyderabad, where hundreds of young men were tricked by false promises of hair regrowth. The incident happened at a salon in Fateh Darwaza, which promoted a so-called “miracle treatment” for baldness.

The salon claimed it could regrow hair even on bald heads. These claims went viral after it was falsely advertised that a former Bigg Boss contestant from Delhi had used the treatment and seen results. Videos and photos spread quickly on social media, attracting large numbers of people to what became known as the “Bigg Boss Salon.”

Many hopeful young men shaved their heads and took the treatment, which involved applying unknown chemical substances to their scalps. The procedure was carried out by a man believed to be a lawyer, who reportedly has no medical training.

Soon after receiving the treatment, several people began suffering from serious side effects. These included rashes, burns, and infections. Many of the victims are now being treated in local hospitals. This has raised major concerns about the safety and legality of the chemicals used in the procedure.

Authorities have started an investigation into the case. The police have received many complaints, and the salon has been temporarily shut down. Medical experts are warning the public not to trust unverified cosmetic treatments and to consult certified dermatologists for hair loss problems.

The incident has caused anger among the young victims and their families. Many feel they were misled and taken advantage of, both emotionally and financially. Legal action is expected once tests reveal more about the chemicals used. This case highlights the dangers of trusting health claims made on social media without proper evidence.
