The Hyderabad SHE Teams police have taken action against couples engaging in indecent behavior in public places. 12 individuals have been convicted for their inappropriate actions under various IPC sections.
The SHE Teams responded to public complaints about indecent behavior in public places. They have noticed a growing concern about some couples ignoring public decency and causing disturbances while engaging in inappropriate activities.
The Hyderabad SHE Teams conducted operations to apprehend individuals involved in indecent behavior, including women. Video evidence collected by the teams has helped identify and prosecute offenders.
As a result of these operations, 12 individuals were convicted under Section 70 (b) of the CP Act and fined Rs 50 each for their behavior. Additionally, two individuals were convicted under 70(B) 290IPC 188 CP Act and fined Rs 1,250 each for more serious offenses.
