Sigma Advanced Systems has secured a major manufacturing agreement with Rolls-Royce, valued at £300 million (approximately ₹3,800 crore) over a period of seven years. The contract marks a significant expansion in the company’s aerospace operations and strengthens its position as a key supplier to one of the world’s leading aerospace manufacturers. Under the agreement, Sigma will supply high-precision aerospace components through its manufacturing facilities located in India and the United Kingdom.

The partnership involves the production of safety-critical components and assemblies for Rolls-Royce’s aerospace programs. Sigma Advanced Systems will leverage its integrated manufacturing network across both countries to fulfill the contract requirements. The dual-source manufacturing model combines India’s cost-efficient production capabilities with the UK’s engineering expertise and program alignment, enabling the company to deliver complex aerospace components that meet stringent quality and safety standards required by the aerospace industry.

This agreement represents a deepening of the existing relationship between Sigma Advanced Systems and Rolls-Royce. The contract provides the Indian aerospace manufacturer with substantial long-term revenue visibility and positions it as a more integrated manufacturing partner capable of handling larger work packages. Sunil Kumar Kalidindi, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Sigma Advanced Systems, stated that the partnership validates the investments made in building a connected India-UK manufacturing platform. He emphasized the company’s focus on quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships, adding that the agreement provides an opportunity to deepen the company’s role in global aerospace programs while scaling capabilities across both regions. Kalidindi expressed gratitude to Rolls-Royce for the trust placed in the company through this long-term agreement.

In a separate development, Sigma Advanced Systems Limited recently completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in AS Strategic Private Limited, based in Delhi, India. The transaction was completed following the fulfillment of condition precedents outlined in the Share Purchase Agreement that was initially signed on February 10, 2026. The completion of the acquisition was disclosed to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
