Hyderabad MLA Kadiyam Srihari expressed his objection to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy holding party meetings in Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resources Development Institute (MCRHRD). Srihari stated this during a press conference after a preparatory meeting for the Warangal parliamentary constituency. He mentioned that the party was analyzing the previous parliamentary elections with the presence of senior party leaders. Some party leaders pointed out that during their 10-year tenure in power, they did not prioritize the concerns of party members. Srihari emphasized the importance of including suggestions from district party offices in review meetings and announced that they would now focus on working hard from the district party office.
Srihari also highlighted that their party, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), is taking the upcoming Parliament elections seriously. He criticized the Congress party for making promises that are difficult to implement and demanded clarity on when these promises would be fulfilled. He mentioned that the Congress party made 420 promises to the people of the state, who trusted and voted for them. Srihari emphasized that as a representative of the BRS party, he is advocating for the implementation of these promises. He specifically questioned Bhatti Vikramarka, a Dalit leader, about his stance on implementing the Dalit Bandhu scheme.
Additionally, Srihari expressed his concern about party meetings being held in government institutions like MCRHRD. He noted that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy held a review meeting at MCRHRD and questioned how this was justified when they previously criticized holding party meetings in Pragathi Bhavan.
