Starting Today, Corbevax Booster Doses Available at Telangana’s PHCs

The State government in Hyderabad is going to start giving booster doses of the Corbevax vaccine to people who have already had Covishield or Covaxin as their first and second doses. This is because there are more Covid-19 cases in some areas. The government has got five lakh doses of Corbevax from the Centre for all PHCs and UPHCs in the State. The vaccine has been approved by the Government of India for heterologous administration. The government has made sure that there will be enough vaccine for everyone who is eligible at all the government Covid-19 vaccination centres. Officials are asking people to take advantage of this and get vaccinated if they missed their booster dose.
