Hyderabad: On Friday, the Supreme Court sent notices to KT Rama Rao. This is part of a case involving his claims that the Congress government engaged in a Rs 25,000 crore corruption scheme in Musi.
Congress leader Atram Suguna filed a petition that was reviewed by the Supreme Court, with Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma presiding over the hearing. Earlier, Rama Rao accused the Congress government of a massive Rs 25,000 crore scam under the guise of Musi rejuvenation.
In response to KTR’s accusations, Atram Suguna lodged a complaint at Utnur police station. The police subsequently filed a case against KTR based on this complaint. KTR sought relief from the Telangana High Court, which resulted in the court dismissing the FIR against him. Dissatisfied with this decision, Suguna appealed to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court hearing took place on Friday, where KTR received notices requiring him to respond to Suguna’s petition.
