The inspections were supervised by DCP Rajendranagar Yogesh Goutam along with local police teams. At Azeemuddin Farmhouse in Tolkatta, guests were found using hookah. At Pranava Villa Hills, 18 beer bottles and one whisky bottle were seized for excise violations.
At ‘12 Farm’ in Tolkatta, police found an unauthorized ticketed party with 29 men and women, loud music, fireworks, and liquor bottles scattered across the premises. Drug tests conducted on those present were negative.
In Mudimyal, a hookah was found in a vehicle, while at Rithika Farmhouse, around 150 students of Slate School had gathered without permission for an event where some participants were found consuming liquor.
Vehicle Checks and Cases
Alongside the farmhouse raids, police conducted vehicle checks in Tolkatta. A total of 120 four-wheelers, 30 three-wheelers, and 15 two-wheelers were inspected. Three drunk-driving cases were booked, three vehicles were detained, and ₹30,000 in fines were collected.
Police have registered four cases against organizers and farmhouse owners involved in the violations.
Warning to Farmhouse Owners
Authorities have warned farmhouse owners to obtain prior police permission before hosting events and secure separate approval from the Excise Department if alcohol is served. DCP Goutam stated that strict action would be taken against any management found violating the rules.
